Soon we're going to be hearing from Dr. Haub from Kansas State University.   Dr. Haub is the professor who lost weight on the controversial "Twinkie Diet,"  which we featured a couple of weeks ago.    We're looking forward to his commentary.

The Twinkie Diet

This week I reviewed The Twinkie Diet on The Weight Loss Network!   Dr. Haub's experiment with eating junk food and weight loss intrigued me so I had to delve into it a bit and see what all the buzz was about!


 As always, Gianna has updated horoscopes.   We're coming to the end of Mercury's retrograde cycle and she's got good news for that!

It's been a little bit slow but Questbar just came out with several new flavors!  I loved the first two so read the review of the next three flavors here!

Also, I ordered a week of food from Bistro MD.   I'll be eating the food this coming week and writing a review the following.  Stay posted!

July 23

I've just met with my friend, Chrissie, who is trying out the HCG Diet.   I gave her all my information and she's really excited.   I told her it would be tough but she's ready to try it anyway. 

I just ordered Thin in 30 so I'll be reviewing it soon on The Weight Loss Network.  Give me 30 days and I'll let you know how it goes!

As always, Gianna has updated the weekly horoscopes. 

AND, because some of these diets are soooo dreadfully awful, I decided to start another new blog "The Diet From Hell"
